About My Shop
Thank you for looking at my little shop! I make a wide variety of earrings, necklaces and bracelets! All of my items are handmade with love by me :)
I add items all the time so check back often! I also make custom items so if you don't see something in my shop that you like, please send me your ideas and I will see what I can come up with!
I believe in providing the same customer service I would expect to recieve so rest assured you will be very well taken care of if there does happen to be a problem! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know!!
• Payment is due at the time you commit to buy. Please let me know if there are any questions or problems beforehand. I'd be happy to reserve an item for you if you know you want to purchase it, but can't pay at that time!
• Items will be shipped when payment is received. Please note that sending an eCheck through PayPal now takes 6 - 9 days to clear so shipping of your order will be delayed until payment had cleared and been recieved. Thank you for understanding.
• I also offer free gift wrapping!
• All orders are shipped via First Class through the United States Postal Service.
• PLEASE check to make sure that your ship-to address is correct! I am NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.
• Your order will be shipped no later than 48 hours after I've receive your payment (hours permitting!). Orders made on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday.
• Domestic orders should be recieved within 7 business days. If you haven't recieved your item within that time, please let me know!
• International shipping takes anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks depending on the country. Please note that packages which incur any fees or taxes upon entering your country’s customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• It's very important to me that I offer the same quality of service to my customers that I expect other sellers to offer me. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. I will take care of the problem right away!
• I do stand behind the quality of my jewelry but if it ever breaks (it's very durable but things happen), I will gladly repair/ remake it for you for free within 60 days. If your item breaks after that, you will have to purchase a new one or send the broken item (all pieces included) and I will send a replacement. Thank you for understanding.
• Please let me know that you are sending an item to me. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
• If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, I will gladly remake the item at no cost to the buyer, or issue a refund.
• If you want a tracking number, there will be an additional fee to the shipping cost. Please contact me for details.
